It has large rooms and perfect location near to Istanbul, and the bus stations and the ferry stations. Nice to have a full kitchen to prepare some food.

The distance to the apartment rooms is incredibly short, making it quick and easy to get back to your luxurious suite. The staff, Jan and Murad, were super friendly, well-dressed, and absolutely fantastic. The layout of the rooms and the amenities provided are jaw-dropping, and everything is kept immaculately clean. The location is perfect, with easy access to all of Istanbul and nearby attractions. In addition, there are grocery and fruit shops nearby, a mosque next door for practicing Muslims, and a bus stop just 1-2 minutes away. The building is secure with valet parking and Mr. Osman is a great person. The view from some flats can be very nice, depending on the floor. The property is perfectly located near a plethora of restaurants, shops, and facilities, and the apartment itself is spacious with all the necessary amenities. The personnel is nice and attentive.

Came in Istanbul to explore new places, this apartment was decent base for making it happen. Staff were really helpful and provided lots of recommendations. Location was magnificent and good, in the middle of the city:)))

Convenient location 😉, the place is located in a quiet area near the city center, Konak Ciragan Residence, bus stations, and ferry stations. The staff was really friendly. The only downside was the street noise that could be heard from the window.

Located in the heart of the city, this family-friendly residence offers easy access to many attractions. the spacious apartment comfortably accommodates up to six family members. the staff, especially Mr ECO and Mr CAN, provide professional and helpful service throughout the stay.

Despite the positive aspects, there were a few minor issues reported by some guests regarding noise from the toilet at night.

The room was amazing! It had everything I needed - a fully equipped kitchen , a cozy seating area, and a flat-screen TV for some evening entertainment. I loved that each unit had its own private bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer. It made getting ready in the mornings a breeze. Some units even had a balcony with beautiful views of the lake or garden. It was the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the scenery. The air-conditioned rooms were a lifesaver, especially during the hot summer days in Istanbul. And the heated floors added an extra touch of comfort. I appreciated the extra amenities like the LCD television and the free toiletries in the bathroom. It made my stay feel even more luxurious.

Personally, I found the tumble dryer provided in the apartment a bit unnecessary. But I understand that some guests might find it useful.

Incredible location near key sites and waterfront, with a must-see park next door. The helpful and attentive staff accommodated our early arrival. The family room comfortably fit four adults. The apartment had a washing machine and dryer, perfect for families staying more than four days. Good wifi, great location, and a big balcony with stunning views of the Bosphorus and mosque. The staff were friendly in the beginning. the place has a washing machine and a dishwasher. And the window shutter system was good. Depending on the floor and the flat, the view can be very nice. the flat is close to the main road.

The value for money at Svk Bosphorus Residence was excellent, and the room was spacious and well-equipped. The location was perfect for exploring the city, and the staff, especially Mr. Eco and Mr. Can, were professional and helpful throughout our stay.

The only thing that could make the breakfast better at the hotel was if there were more variety of condiments provided.
